Our CNC Machining Quality Control Workflow

Our complete CNC machining quality control covers every production stage. We start with raw material verification to confirm material certificates and material traceability. After machining, our inspectors carry out dimensional checks with calipers, micrometers and CMM machines to verify tolerances.

Visual and geometric inspection is the final critical step. We use microscopes, magnifiers and concentricity gauges to check surface finish, micro burrs and GD&T geometric tolerances, especially for vacuum and semiconductor components. All inspection records are saved and inspection reports can be provided before shipment.

Our team strictly follows ISO 9001 requirements. Whether you need prototypes or batch production, our CNC machining quality control process guarantees consistent part quality and reduces defect rates.

Our portable Mitutoyo SJ-210 surface roughness tester provides fast, accurate measurements of surface finish (Ra, Rz, and more) on machined parts. It supports multi-angle measurement and is widely used for quality control of automotive components, molds, and precision mechanical parts.
