FAQ

Q1: What is the standard tolerance for CNC machining?
Our standard CNC machining tolerance is ±0.01mm (±0.0004 inches). For precision requirements, we can achieve ±0.005mm. Tolerances depend on part geometry, material, and machine type.

Q2: What materials can be used for CNC machining?
We machine aluminum (6061, 7075), stainless steel (303, 304, 316L), titanium, brass, copper, and engineering plastics (POM, PEEK, ABS, Nylon). Custom materials are accepted.

Q3: What is the minimum order quantity?
No minimum order quantity. We accept 1 piece for prototyping and support small to large volume production.

Q4: How fast can I get a CNC machining quote?
Quotes are sent within 24 hours after receiving complete drawings (3D: STEP, IGES, STL; 2D: PDF). Send your drawings to get started.

Q5: How long does CNC prototyping take?
Simple parts take 2-3 days. Complex parts take 5-7 days. Express service available for urgent requests. Contact us for urgent needs.

Q6: What is the maximum part size for CNC machining?
3-axis: up to 2000×1500×800mm. 5-axis: up to 800×600×500mm. Larger parts can be segmented. Contact us for size evaluation.

Q7: Do you have ISO certification?
Yes, we are ISO 9001:2025 certified. AS9100 (aerospace) and ISO 13485 (medical) compliant upon request. Full inspection reports provided.

Q8: Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements?
Yes. We sign NDAs by default. Customer drawings are strictly confidential. Your NDA or ours – both accepted.

Q9: Do you provide inspection reports?
Yes. CMM full inspection reports or sample inspection reports are included. Material certificates, heat treatment, and surface finish reports are available.

Q10: Can I visit your facility?
Yes, visits are welcome. Located in Zhangjiagang City, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province,China, near major ports. Please schedule 1-2 days in advance.
